The site is maintained by Carte Blanche Ventures Ltd. The GlamperRV web site collects no personally identifying information about individuals except when specifically, and knowingly provided by such individuals. In addition, the GlamperRV site may place a “cookie” in the browser files of a user’s computer. The cookie itself does not gather any user information, although it will enable the site to relate a user’s use of the site to information that the user has specifically and knowingly provided to GlamperRV.

 How we collect your data?

When you book a GlamperRV hire, we will gather all the information we need to process your booking. Any sensitive personal data we require for insurance purposes will be kept securely on our systems until the end of your hire at which time it will be permanently deleted.

When you make your booking online you will be given the option to opt in to our Trip of the Month blog. We will not send you email marketing unless you have requested us to, or unless you have asked us to previously. You can opt out of email marketing at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us.

We do not store any payment details, these are sent to and managed securely by our payment service provider. We do not keep a record of your credit card.

When you opt in to receive marketing communications from us you do so by requesting to receive our trip of the month blog using the online form, opting in during the booking process or signing up at an event.

When you contact us by email we keep records of any communications we have with you so that we offer the best service to you and so that we can refer to them at later date if we need to. As with all sensitive data, we keep these details securely.

Sharing your data

We do not share your data with any third party outside of GlamperRV and its registered franchise partners and then it is only to fulfil a booking request.

We are also obliged to pass your personal data onto a legal authority or our insurers if instructed to do so under certain circumstances, for example, for the prevention of crime or in the case of a claim.

Your rights relating to personal data

You have the right to access your personal data (to ask us what information we hold about you).
You have the right to ask for your data to be deleted or corrected.
You have the right to ask us to stop processing your data.
You have the right to stop receiving marketing from us.
