Site Spotlight – Concierge Camping, West Sussex

If you tuned into Channel 5’s Million Pound Mega Motorhomes last Sunday you will have either loved or loathed Concierge Camping, West Sussex, our site spotlight this week.

My personal opinion is that contrast is what makes life interesting and the beauty of a GlamperRV adventure is that one night you can be parked in a forest, totally isolated and the next with all the facilities you could wish for at a site such as Concierge.

It is possibly the only campsite in the country where you will find Bollinger stocked in the site shop so perhaps sets the tone for your stay.

Concierge Camping was established by Lord and Lady Hodgkin to create a luxury campsite, in grounds of Ratham Estate, situated at the foot of the South Downs National Park.  As you would expect pitches are spread out beautifully giving customers a wonderful sense of space.

At Concierge you will be well placed for exploring the surrounding parklands and nature trails and with the south coast just a short drive away, able to enjoy the harbours and beaches.   If you prefer to hire an electric bike to explore the country lanes then Lady Hodgkin will be delighted to introduce you to Whizz Bikes so you can literally whizz around!

Whilst BBQs are allowed and local farm produce is available in the site shop, you may also be tempted by the pizza van that visits regularly or decide to take a short stroll to the nearby Richmond Arms, a hugely popular local eatery.
