Wow!  The last month has been a whirlwind.  What a joy to welcome customers again and hear all those fabulous tales of GlamperRV adventures.

You may have seen on social media that we have added to our GlamperRV palate for the 2021 season with this stunning Cotswold Blue GlamperRV.  It is certainly turning heads and will become a staple on the fleet, alongside the grey, for 2022.

The staycation boom is grabbing headlines again this year and is resulting in some truly innovative pop up camping locations.  One which caught my eye is Camp Elwood, set in the magnificent grounds of the Holkham Hall estate in Norfolk it looks like a fab place for a family holiday this summer.   Do also take a look at Harry’s campsite in the New Forest or the recently launched Camp at my place for new ideas.

Our site spotlight Orchard View Farm Camping shines on our Buckinghamshire base, Orchard View Farm Camping which opened its doors to GlamperRV customers for the first time this spring.

Whilst you may wish to spend a few days of your GlamperRV adventure with us at Orchard View Farm, we are also offering a new product, GlamperRV @ Orchard View Farm Camping.

With this hire you won’t be able to drive your GlamperRV but you will get to enjoy all the facilities it offers – two super comfy double beds, full shower room and cooking facilities, large lounge area, outdoor furniture and much more for a reduced price creating the perfect short break get away.  We are offering 2 night breaks for £499 (mid-week) or £599 (weekend) on limited dates throughout the summer.  For availability please get in touch via email.

Nestled in the foothills of the Chilterns, Orchard View Farm offers fabulous views from all its pitches.  Its onsite café, serving everything from an award winning full English breakfast through to freshly baked woodfired pizzas, sits alongside a fully stocked farm shop selling a wide range of fruit, vegetables and of course meat from its impressive butchery.  You will have plenty of eating options on-site and we can also provide first hand advise on a wide range of alternative pubs and restaurants in the area.

For our many active customers there are extensive walking and cycle trails on our doorstep including the Ridgeway and Chiltern Way.  If you don’t have your own bike then get in touch with Chiltern Cycle Hire and they can deliver a bike onto site for you.  For those with a passion for stately homes then both Waddesdon Manor and Blenheim Palace are within easy reach and if you have children in tow you will enjoy a visit to the Roald Dahl museum, Natural History Museum at Tring or Berkonscot Model Railway Village, all of which are within a 30 minutes drive.
